In this week’s Professional Activity Profile, we recognize the service of MaryJo Kishel of our Business & Finance Department with the Closely Held Business Committee of the Business Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
The Closely Held Business Committee was formed for the purpose of assisting Pennsylvania lawyers in providing advice to closely held businesses concerning business and finance issues. To further such purpose, the Closely Held Business Committee produces educational materials and opportunities (including articles and seminars) for Pennsylvania practitioners that are focused on the impact of business and finance laws on closely held businesses.
In addition to being a member of the Committee, MaryJo also prepared an article that was published in the Business Law Section’s newsletter as part of the educational efforts of the Committee.
