Our own Murray Ufberg has been reappointed to the Pennsylvania Independent Regulatory Review Commission as the representative of Gov. Josh Shapiro. This is Murray’s third appointment to the commission. He was first selected by Gov. Ed Rendell in 2003 and again in 2015 by Gov. Tom Wolf.
The commission is responsible for ensuring agency rule-makings comply with Pennsylvania law, as well as objectively assessing the impact of agency proposals in the Commonwealth.
Congratulations, Murray!
