Attorney Michael J. Sowinski was recently named Rosenn Jenkins & Greenwald’s newest partner. Michael is an experienced litigator, investigator, and trial attorney. He is a member of our Litigation Department where he focuses his practice on commercial litigation, representing individual and institutional clients in actions involving breach of contract, fraud, and shareholder disputes. Michael also maintains an active personal injury practice representing those injured in car, truck, and drunk driving-related crashes. Michael has litigated and tried cases, including injunction actions, before state and federal courts, and tried numerous cases to verdict at the Luzerne County District Attorney’s Office.
