Meet Attorney Kieran M. Casey!
Kieran is a member of our Labor and Employment Law Practice Group, as well as our Litigation Department. He represents businesses of all sizes, municipalities, healthcare providers, and institutions of higher learning in a wide range of labor and employment law matters.
Kieran regularly advises employers regarding employment terminations and prevention of employment-related claims, reductions in force, reasonable accommodations, sexual harassment, FMLA and wage and hour compliance, workplace investigations, and independent contractor issues. Additionally, his practice includes the drafting of employee handbooks and background check policies, as well as the negotiation and drafting of employment, independent contractor, and severance agreements.
Kieran also represents employers in discrimination claims brought by former employees, unemployment compensation claims, the enforcement of restrictive covenant agreements, and investigations by and/or proceedings before the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, the National Labor Relations Board, the Wage and Hour Division of the U.S. Department of Labor, and the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry.
