For nearly a decade, Tom’s practice has focused on the representation of individuals and businesses in federal and state employment, civil rights, commercial law and personal injury matters.

His clients have come from a wide range of backgrounds, including the engineering, computer, logistic, and service industries, local and state governmental entities, and everyday people who have suffered an injustice. Over the years, he has been involved in cases that have set precedent in the employment, civil rights, commercial, and personal injury context. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Campenni was a Law Clerk to former Chief Judge Thomas I. Vanaskie of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, now a Circuit Judge on the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Luzerne County Bar Association (Wilkes-Barre Law & Library Association), the Federal Bar Association, and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. He also serves as the Vice Chairman of the West Pittston Civil Service Commission, is a member of the Board of Trustees of the West Pittston Library and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Wyoming Area Football Alumni Association. Presentations/Publications

  • Attorney Tom Campenni spoke to the Northeast Business club about the differences between full and limited tort and cautioned… about opting for the limited coverage in order to reduce your auto insurance costs. Should you be involved in a serious car accident, without full tort, you are waving your right to recover damages for pain and suffering. Tom advises to protect yourself with full tort. He went on to describe that not every case results in a law suit, and at the end of the day, it’s always the client’s decision. If you’ve been involved in an auto accident and have any questions or concerns about your case, give Tom a call: 570-826-5652.
