Jim Oschal to Moderate the Civil Practice Portion of the “Nuts and Bolts of Local Federal Practice” Seminar on October 8

Our own Jim Oschal, a Partner in RJG’s Litigation Department, will serve as the moderator of the Civil Practice portion of a seminar titled “Nuts and Bolts of Local Federal Practice” that is being presented by the Wilkes-Barre Law and Library Association on Friday, October 8, 2021 at noon.

Jim is the Co-Chair of the Wilkes-Barre Law and Library Association’s Federal Practice Committee and is admitted to practice in the federal and state courts in Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey and in the United States Supreme Court.

The seminar is free for Luzerne County Bar members and $35 for non-members. Advance registration for the seminar is required by October 6, 2021.
