Jim and Kieran will present a seminar titled “Hot Topics in Labor & Employment Law” that will identify the latest developments in labor and employment law. In his presentation titled “Jumping through Hoops – Crafting Enforceable & Assignable Non-Competition & Restrictive Covenants,” Paul will provide tips for how employers can improve the odds that they will successfully put in place restrictive covenants that are both enforceable and assignable.
