James P. Valentine Elected to Pennsylvania Bar Association House of Delegates

Wilkes-Barre, PA, March 23, 2010 – Rosenn Jenkins & Greenwald LLP is pleased to announce that partner James P. Valentine, Esquire, has recently been elected to a three-year term as a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association House of Delegates.

Jim has previously served in the House and is a past Chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Law Section. The House of Delegates is the entity which has full power to conduct, manage and direct the Board of Governors, Officers, Sections, Committees, Employees and Agents of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. The House is comprised of active members of the Pennsylvania Bar Association as well as student and retired members.

Jim is Chairperson of the Labor and Employment Law Department at Rosenn Jenkins, which represents public and private sector clients in all areas of labor and employment law, including employment discrimination and employee rights matters.
