On Thursday, December 10th, Governor Wolf’s Administration ordered that restrictive measures be put in place to combat COVID-19, including: (i) prohibiting restaurants and bars from serving customers indoors; (ii) requiring all businesses to conduct in-person operations at 50% of the facility’s maximum occupancy; and (iii) prohibiting indoor operations for certain specific businesses, including gyms, fitness facilities and entertainment centers (such as movie theatres, bowling alleys, private clubs and similar venues). Such order took effect as of midnight, Eastern Time, on December 11th.
