At Rosenn Jenkins & Greenwald LLP, we pride ourselves on the quality of individuals that are employed at the firm, but more importantly, the extreme family bond that is shared throughout the ranks.

This is achieved through embracing all aspects of Our Vision:

  • Our legal advice will be known for its comprehensive, highly effective, solutions-oriented approach.
  • We will be known for our knowledge, integrity, friendliness, efficiency, and commitment to service.
  • We will provide a mutually supportive and intellectually stimulating environment.
  • We will seek opportunities to enhance our community and our firm.

Associate Life

Rosenn Jenkins & Greenwald LLP is committed to hiring and retaining highly qualified attorneys interested in a challenging and rewarding legal practice. As our firm grows and develops, we regularly hire recent law school graduates, many of whom have participated in our Summer Associate program, as well as lateral hires from private practice.

Associate recruitment, hiring, and development are coordinated by our Associate Committee which is composed of Practice Area Department Chairs and experienced Associates of the firm. Our firm is large enough to permit you to pursue any one of a number of dedicated practice areas. Yet we are small enough to provide immediate meaningful direct client contact and significant responsibility.

Although our Associates participate in semi-annual written and verbal appraisal sessions which are conducted by the Associate Committee, on-going informal feedback on performance and training is provided by more senior Attorneys who monitor and assess your progress on client matters throughout the year. Secretarial and Paralegal support is provided to all attorneys, as well as access to our full service legal library and on-line research services. Attorneys are required to participate in CLE and other professional development programs.

The firm also maintains an Associate Mentoring Program, which provides young lawyers the opportunity to continually develop their experience and legal practices, as well as solidifying relationships with Partners in the firm.

Lateral Associates

Rosenn Jenkins & Greenwald LLP is always seeking highly motivated, talented individuals with a commitment to excellence, the profession, our community, and the highest standards of professionalism.

We hire many skilled lawyers that have an interest in returning to Northeastern Pennsylvania after having worked in major metropolitan areas. Many candidates find that the firm is a “hidden gem” for many reasons, including the ability to maintain a successful legal career while addressing important quality-of-life issues.

We welcome those that may consider returning to this geographic region and choose to re-dedicate themselves and their families, to bettering our communities and economic advancements.

Paralegals and Staff

The firm’s success is directly tied to not only our exceptional legal staff, but also with a capable and loyal support staff. We offer exciting career opportunities in non-lawyer positions as follows:

  • Paralegals
  • Legal Secretaries
  • Firm Administration

If you consider yourself an ambitious, skilled, friendly and hard-working individual, we’d love to have you as part of the family.
