Mr. Oschal lectures frequently on civil rights and employment issues to attorneys and Human Resources professionals.

Representative Matters

  • Obtained sizeable jury verdict in state court on behalf of local architectural, engineering firm against real estate developer. (2009)
  • Successfully obtained defense verdict in federal court in favor of local employer in lawsuit filed by former employee alleging sex discrimination, sexual harassment and retaliatory discharge from employment. (2006)
  • Obtained substantial settlement in federal court on behalf of disability insurance policy holder against his insurance companies on breach of contract and bad faith denial of disability claims. (2004)
