HISTORY
The firm was founded in 1954 by the late Max Rosenn, former Senior Judge, United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit; Harold Rosenn, a recognized attorney and current of counsel to the firm; Mitchell Jenkins, a former U.S. Congressman and Brigadier General; and Henry Greenwald, a renowned corporate lawyer. Rosenn Jenkins & Greenwald grew from a small local general practice firm into a large multi-disciplinary regional firm serving clients throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the Northeast.
