The Construction Law Practice Group

The Employment/Civil Rights Litigation Practice Group
The Employment/Civil Rights Litigation Practice Group represents both public and private-sector clients in litigation in the state and federal courts in Pennsylvania, as well as before state and federal administrative agencies. We also have the ability to practice in the state and federal courts of New Jersey and New York.
Our group defends employers against discrimination and harassment complaints that may be brought in court after the conclusion of the administrative process. We also represent clients in breach of contract, misappropriation and other employment-related claims. In both employment and civil rights litigation, we frequently represent clients in alternative dispute resolution forums such as mediation and arbitration.
We handle matters of constitutional law, including First Amendment free speech violations, Fourth Amendment violations of the right to privacy, 1983 and 1981 actions, as well as discrimination claims.
The Workers' Compensation Practice Group
The Workers' Compensation Practice Group consists of experienced attorneys and paralegals who work closely together to obtain the best possible result for our clients. We represent clients in regard to claims and other issues arising under Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation Act, which governs the payment of workers' compensation benefits — such as wage loss and medical benefits — to injured employees.
