PRACTICE
Mary Prescott is a member of the Litigation Department at Rosenn Jenkins & Greenwald LLP. Her state and federal practice focuses on civil litigation, where she represents both individual and commercial interests. Personal injury claims (including job related injuries), contract disputes, products liability, employment and civil rights are some of the areas of practice for which she is responsible.
Ms. Prescott's previous varied work experiences in a federal district court, a public defenders' office, a private law practice and a state agency have helped to broaden her ability to serve every client's needs with an enriched approach.
