PRACTICE
John Siejk is a Litigation Attorney with his primary location in our Scranton, PA office. John specializes in complex commercial litigation focusing on shareholder disputes and construction cases. He has a special knowledge and affinity for the construction field having worked his entire youth and during his college years at a large lumber company and directly with the company's control and its client contractors. John has parlayed this special knowledge and strong business education and background into particular success in the negotiation and litigation of commercial disputes, including those involving real estate development and construction projects. He has served as counsel to various "start-ups", who are now multi-million dollar companies.
John is a veteran of the United States Marie Corps. During his enlistment, John served as a helicopter crew chief, door gunner and weapons and tactics instructor for five years of active duty. He served in the Bosnian Conflict and in Somalia.
Following his honorable discharge from the military, John attended the Pennsylvania State University earning his Bachelors of Science Degree in Accounting with High Distinction. He went on to earn his Masters of Business Administration and Juris Doctorate from Temple University.
