Attorney Andrew D. Bigda was born in Springfield, Massachusetts on February 25, 1965. In 1987, he graduated from St. Lawrence University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. Attorney Bigda continued his education at the Columbus School of Law at the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. where he obtained his Juris Doctor in 1994.

Attorney Andrew D. Bigda was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar and the Maryland Bar in 1995. He is also admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Bigda is a member of the Wilkes-Barre Law and Library Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the American Association for Justice and the Pennsylvania Association for Justice. He also was the Young Lawyers Division Chairman of the Wilkes-Barre Law and Library Association in 2000.

Attorney Bigda served as a Luzerne County Assistant District Attorney from 1995 to 2000, where he tried a number of significant criminal cases. From 1995 until 1999 he was a member of the Pennsylvania District Attorneys Association. He has worked as an Adjunct Professor instructing Business Law students at Luzerne County Community College.

Before juries, Attorney Bigda has tried over 50 cases to verdict. Since 2000, Attorney Bigda has dedicated a large percentage of his practice to personal injury cases. He has exlcusive experience trying personal injury cases in both state and federal courts. In 2005, before the Third Circuit Court of Appeals Attorney Bigda gained a significant victory on behalf of accident victims successfully arguing that the owner of a motor vehicle was responsible for it's driver's negligence.
